When you book a package with me, you gain a constant companion through WhatsApp and phone support meaning I’m right there with you for both the small questions and the big milestones. I can signpost you to reliable evidence based resources, help you debrief after appointments, and provide a listening ear whenever you need it.
I also bring the expertise of a qualified Hypnobirthing teacher and years of experience leading Parent Education classes for birth and the early days. Having taught these classes both privately and within NHS maternity services for many years, I have a deep understanding of the system and the science of birth. I love being able to tailor this education specifically to your needs, giving you the tools to feel calm, informed, and completely prepared.

This experience means I don’t just offer a listening ear; I bring a deeper level of understanding of early childhood development and new born health. Whether we are navigating breastfeeding challenges, understanding your baby’s developmental milestones, or simply finding a rhythm that works for your new family, I provide evidence-based guidance rooted in years of professional practice.
