Hi, I'm Kat! With more than ten years of experience in private maternity, NHS AND health visiting services, I have combined all my knowledge and wisdom to become a birth doula across Cheshire.
I combine physiological birth wisdom, hands-on comfort tools, education and specialist infant feeding support to deliver a complete package.
Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth or planned caesarean, you and your birth partner will feel deeply informed, safe and held at every step of your journey.

Birth Skills Workshop

If you're unsure, my in-person birth skills workshop prepares you and your birth partner for labour and birth in the most positive way. The workshop takes place in Northwich.
You will learn the exact practical skills, breathwork, and movement needed for a calm, confident birthing experience.

Postnatal Support & Early Years Coaching
I know just how overwhelming those early newborn days can be, which is why I'll never leave you to it in the midst of the fourth trimester.
Whether you need a non-judgmental ear over a cup of tea, a birth debrief, or hands-on help, I am here to hold space for you.
As a qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor (BFC) and Early Years Specialist, I help you find your own path through feeding, sleep, and parenting.
