Hi I'm Kat, I've been married to my lovely husband Dexter for 20 years and we have 3 children Isaac 18, Annabelle 15 and Jacob 9. I am blessed to be able to watch these little humans grow (that doesn't mean I haven't found parenting hard going at times). I became an independent Doula to add to my skillset in addition to my early years and birth worker experience and skills.

As a qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor (BFC) and early years specialist, I help you find your own path through feeding, sleep, and parenting.
