The Sparkle Package is a streamlined birth option built for families who want the rock solid security of an experienced doula in the birth room, but don't require physical hire items or extended pre & postnatal care. It cuts out the extras to focus purely on virtual preparation and continuous, dedicated support on the day your baby arrives.

• 1 Remote Birth Planning Session: A comprehensive, virtual planning session to dive deep into your birth choices, map out your preferences, and build your confidence toolkit from the comfort of your home.

• 'Doula in Your Pocket' Support: Continuous message and phone support from the moment of booking right up until 2 weeks post-birth for reassurance, questions, and continuous guidance.

• On-Call Availability: 24/7 on-call support from 10 days before your estimated due date until 42 weeks, ensuring I am ready to head straight to you the moment active labor begins.

• Continuous Labor & Birth Support: Unwavering physical and emotional support throughout your entire active labor and birth, whether you choose a home birth or a Cheshire hospital.

• Immediate Postnatal Care: I will remain with you for the first 1–2 hours after birth to help you settle, support with your baby's first feed, and make sure you feel completely safe and comfortable.

• One Postnatal Follow-Up Session: A face-to-face visit in your home during the early days to celebrate your baby's arrival, gently debrief your birth experience, and check in on your recovery.

• Please Note: To keep this package streamlined and accessible, antenatal prep is conducted virtually and limited, and it does not include an in person meeting with a backup doula, birth pool/TENS loan & magic bag, or birth & new-born photography. This is my most requested, all-inclusive package. It is designed for families who want total continuity of care, premium physical support, and their life changing milestones captured forever.

By wrapping all of my services into one signature package, you receive my highest level of dedication without having to piece together separate services.

• Continuous Support from Day One: Unlimited WhatsApp, phone, and video support from the moment you book. I am in your pocket whenever you have a question.

• In-Home Preparation Sessions: Two detailed visits in the comfort of your own home. One focused on tailored birth education (such as active birthing or mini-hypnobirthing) and one dedicated to crafting your robust, informed birth plan.

• 24/7 On-Call Availability: I am fully on call for your birth for a 4-week window (from 38 to 42 weeks gestation), ready to support you in person when active labour starts.

• Continuous Labour Support: Active, physical, and emotional care for you and your birth partner, whether you choose to birth at home or in a Cheshire hospital.

• The Magic Bag Loan: Full access to my specialized comfort toolkit, including a TENS machine, birth comb, comfort measures, and a birth pool if required.

• Documentary Birth & Newborn Photography: I quietly and intuitively capture the raw, powerful moments of your labour and early postnatal days. You will receive 2 full, professionally curated, downloadable digital albums.

• Postnatal Care & Feeding Support: A 2-to-3 hour post birth home visit, professional specialist breastfeeding support, a full birth debrief, and a beautifully written record of your birth journey.

• Extended Postnatal Access: Ongoing "doula in your pocket" text support for 6 to 8 weeks after birth as you settle into your fourth trimester.

If you live outside of Cheshire, or are working with a tighter budget, or simply do not require in person attendance, you can still access my decade of expertise digitally.

This package includes all the digital, phone, and WhatsApp support of the main package, along with your virtual prenatal preparation and postnatal debriefs.

Gentle, expert care for your fourth trimester in Cheshire.

Birthing your baby is a life changing beautiful milestone, but the weeks that follow can often feel overwhelming, exhausting, and filled with second guessing. While the world tends to focus entirely on the birth, The New Moon Package is designed entirely around you and your recovery.

Whether you are navigating new born sleep, recovering from birth, or looking for a calm, non judgmental sounding board, I am here to create a sanctuary of support in your home. Together, we will ensure you feel nurtured, rested, and confident as you transition into the magic of motherhood.

What’s Included in The New Moon Package: Running over 6-8 weeks

• In Home Postnatal Support Sessions Tailored entirely to what you need most that day whether that is looking after your baby so you can take a long, uninterrupted bath, helping with light household tasks, or preparing a nutritious meal.

• Feeding & Lactation Support Evidence based guidance, positioning help, and emotional reassurance for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding.

• Emotional Debriefing & Listening Space A safe, confidential space to process your birth story, talk through your feelings, and find your feet without judgment.

• Continuous WhatsApp & Phone Support Direct access to me between our visits to answer those late-night questions or offer a boost of confidence when you need it most.

• Newborn Care Guidance Gentle reassurance on winding, soothing, bathing, and understanding your baby’s unique cues.

• 12 hours in person visits as you need them, day time hours, night time can be added at a higher rate. Milage added for over 10 miles.
